West Lothian Council has awarded their £60m schools project to HDM Schools Solutions Limited. Dawn Construction, Hochtief and Mackenzie Partnership established HDM School Solutions Ltd as a Special Purpose Company to deliver this project.
This project will increase the pupil capacity of Armadale Academy from 990 to 1,200 pupils, replacing all existing facilities and enhancing it with a wide range of new facilities including additional classrooms, a four court games hall, dance studio, fitness room, swimming pool, full size all-weather synthetic pitch and outdoor changing facility.
The new build construction works will be completed by August 2009.
VB Contracts have been contracted to complete all brick and blockwork on the site and VB Scaffolding have been contracted to provide all scaffolding for the site.
